At Alton Towers it's about all the family, so we've made sure that there's something for everyone, whatever their age. There's the brand new, head-spinning, body-whirling Spinball Whizzer roller coaster, the foam ball firing frenzy of the Ribena Berry Bish Bash and plenty more scares and shocks for the adventurous, including Submission, the Black Hole and Ripsaw. For younger kids there's just as much, including the magic of Toyland Tours and the joy of Tweenies Showtime.
For a full day of discovery, adventure and fun, head to the Dinosaur Adventure Park, voted Norfolk's top family attraction by the Good Britain Guide 2004 and 2000. You'll find acres of woods and parkland, and plenty of action and activities to satisfy explorers of all ages. Armed with your Adventurers Guide, help our ranger locate the king of the dinosaurs on Track:T-Rex, but beware, there are other lifesize predators lurking among the trees of the Dinosaur Trail, waiting to surprise you. Venture into the Lost World A-mazing Adventure, crossing the swinging rope bridge, creeping past the dinosaur skeleton, tiptoeing over the crocodile infested pond, daring to beat the bongo drums and discovering the lost world tribe. Unearth 'dinosaur remains' in the Fossil Dig, or see samples from 200 million years ago in the Fossil Workshop. While animals and men from way back in time are found on the Neanderthal Walk. For more action and excitement, climb, slide, scramble and swing in the adventure play areas, including the 75ft Climb-a-saurus, Assault-o-saurus and Tiny Pterosaurs for the under 5s.
