Big Ben

One of the most famous landmarks in the world, Big Ben is actually the name given to the bell in the Clock Tower (320ft) part of the Houses of Parliament in London. The bell weighs 13.5 tons and chimes on the hour. The bell was named after the first commissioner of works, Sir Benjamin Hall.
